Meet Our Leaders
Beth Bullard, Chief Executive Officer
Beth brings her enthusiasm and passion for medicine to the leadership and management of Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital. Beth possesses more than 25 years of clinical experience in adult rehabilitation with a specialty in neurological rehabilitation.
Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She is a member of the Colorado Hospital Association, is on the medical staff and programs committee for Can Do Multiple Sclerosis clinical speaker, and a board member for SOCI (System Care Initiatives).
Beth enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She is a patron of the arts, a budding photographer and equestrian. She embraces her inner geek and can be frequently found among the animals at her country home.
Dr. Revelyn Arrogante, Medical Director
Whether on the tennis court or in the hospital, Dr. Arrogante brings energy, enthusiasm and focus to whatever she is doing.
Dr. Arrogante possesses more than 10 years of medical experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of California at Riverside in Riverside, CA, and a master’s degree at the American University of the Caribbean in Monserat. Dr. Arrogante completed an internship in general surgery at Waterbury Hospital Health Center in Waterbury, CT, and a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR) and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM). She enjoys playing tennis and is a member of the USTA Tennis League.
Deb Campbell, Director of Therapy Operations
A registered occupational therapist, Debora is passionate about helping patients return to their highest level of independence.
Debora earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Wittier College in Whittier, Calif. She then continued her education by earning a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Ore. She became an occupational therapy assistant through Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colo., and earned a master’s in occupational therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas.
Debora is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and is actively involved with the Multiple Sclerosis Society, National Stroke Association, and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.
Debora is a dog lover who enjoys golfing, cooking, and traveling. She was born in Tunisia and lived in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia until she was 7 years old. She has considered Colorado her home now for more than 30 years.
Leah Davis, Director of Case Management/PAI
Leah enjoys the daily interaction with patients as she provides on-going support during the patient’s stay, while planning toward discharge.
Leah has worked in the field of case management and prospective payment system for acute rehabilitation for more than nine years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO, and a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Leah is a certified rehabilitation counselor and certified case manager. When not busy at work, Leah enjoys quilting, spending time with her family, and volunteering at her church.
Daniel O’Connell, Director of Pharmacy Operations
Daniel knows the importance of good pharmaceutical management to aid in a patient’s recovery. He thrives in the environment which involves much efficient multi-tasking and extreme quality control.
Daniel earned a doctor of pharmacy degree at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM.
He is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). When he’s not working, Daniel enjoys traveling, camping, and biking with his family. He is a winter sports enthusiast and avid reader and movie goer.
Christina Salas, Director of Marketing & Business Development
Christina possesses more than 15 years of healthcare experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Adams State College in Alamosa, CO and a master’s degree in social work from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. Christina is passionate about providing quality care to patients of Northern Colorado.
She is a member of the Colorado Hospital Association, National Stroke Association, and Northern Colorado Business Report. She also is involved with Professionals for Seniors, Northern Colorado Health Care Summit, and Sharing the Care Campaign.
Christina enjoys traveling with her family and enjoying the outdoors bike riding and tending to her flower gardens.
Justin Turnbull, Director of Plant Operations
Justin takes pride in ensuring the physical components of the hospital are well maintained and operating effectively, along with housekeeping and safety.
He brings 13 years of healthcare maintenance experience to his role. Justin earned an associate’s degree in animal science from the University of Wyoming in Laramie, WY. He is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), and is very involved in his church with his family. He is an avid bow hunter and fisherman.
Amy Lauridsen, Director of HR
Amy has 11 years of experience in HR in industries ranging from health care, distribution, manufacturing, and public libraries. She thrives on bringing value to the organization through utilization of human capital and being an advocate for both the organization and its employees.
Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and is currently a certified Professional in Human Resources.
She enjoys spending time in the mountains. Amy is passionate about volleyball. She is actively involved in coaching, as well as, participating in volleyball in the Northern Colorado Area.
