Larry loves playing golf and has been playing since he was 11 years old. He is part of a few senior leagues. He also loves gardening. He lives with his spouse of 52 years and has 2 kids and 4 grandkids.

On September 7, 2023 he started having severe chest pain. Diagnosis was coronary artery disease and he had to undergo a coronary artery bypass surgery.

He chose to come to Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital because he had been at the hospital before watching his friend do rehab. He saw how great the care was and knew he wanted to come here.

Larry states:

“The staff really cares how you feel.” “The nursing staff cares so much about you as a person and they answer your call light very fast!”

Larry’s ultimate goal is to get back to playing golf and gardening in the spring time. He is excited to get back to his family soon!
